Welcome to AI Photo Lab (the "App"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. References to "we", "us", and "our" in these Terms refer to the operators of AI Photo Studio.
AI Photo Lab is a mobile app that provides a curated library of text prompts designed for use with third-party AI image generation tools (such as Google Gemini, OpenAI's GPT, Midjourney, and similar). The App lets you browse, search, copy, and bookmark ("like") prompts. The App does not generate images itself.
The App does not require you to register, create an account, or provide personal information. Your activity within the App is tied to an anonymous device identifier generated by the App on first launch. See our Privacy Policy for details.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use.

The App helps you craft prompts for third-party AI image generation services. Those services are independently operated, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for, and make no warranties about, the output, accuracy, safety, or availability of any third-party service. We are not affiliated with Google, OpenAI, Midjourney, or any other AI provider unless explicitly stated.
The App is free and supported by advertising. We display ads served by third-party ad networks, including Google AdMob. Advertisements — including any products, services, offers, or links shown in them — originate from third parties; we do not endorse and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or any transaction you enter into with an advertiser.
Ads may use device and advertising identifiers to deliver and measure advertising. Where required, we ask for your consent and, on iOS, request permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before serving personalized ads. You can manage these choices as described in our Privacy Policy.
The App does not currently allow you to upload, post, or publish content. You agree not to use the App to:

The App, including its design, logos, code, text, and the curated prompt catalogue, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved.
We may release updates to the App. Some updates may be automatic. We may also change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the App at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
We do not warrant that any prompt will produce a particular result in any AI image generation tool, or that the resulting images will be free of objectionable content.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $10.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, liability, damage, loss, and expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights you may have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated within the App or via the App's store listing. Your continued use after a change indicates acceptance.
